Today have nice experience with Abdulsamad sales representative he guid me to take iPhone 14!pro max 512 gb purple color and tell about the version Middle East with extended warranty of three year .. appreciate his sincere guidance and polite sales management.

I visited E MAX Sahara to buy s23 ultra and I bought s23 ultra from there the salesman whose name was SAJID,He was an amazing person who ever I met,very calm and cool guy???? and the customer service of E MAX team was pretty cool.i loved it...????❤️

Horrible experience, they dont have transparency. Their warranty and refund policies are very bad. Specifically this branch, they dont treat you as a paying customer, if you have a defective product they’ll take it for about a week. Don’t recommend at all! Buy from amazon or carefour much better with amazing refund and warranty policies. Emax is just a no. Plus, the store manager is super annoying and rude and doesnt have basic communication skills.
