Extremely disappointed with the customer service for this company. IFFCO / Al Baker brand. Ever since i came to UAE, i had been an extremely loyal customer for Al Baker Chakki fresh Atta. Recently i ordered a pack of 5Kg Al Baker Chakki Fresh Atta online and was surprised to find insects in the packet on opening. Got in touch with the company to inform them about the issue but they never responded to the complain. Extremely disappointed. Serious hazard. Always associated this brand to best quality and products. Really expected a better response from the company and a better handling of the case by the brand. I tried following up with the company but no-one even responded.

I had worked with this company (Emigrain), I will always pray for Mr. Feroz, Mr. Shiraz & Mr, Irfan Allana. I m very much thankful to Allana brothers and iffco group of companies, I had learnt a lot from this group.
