I came 2 times to getr the document that i have paid. No manager to sign it! So inconveniemt to go for another branch. Keep away from this branch.

Business account service not available, not good experience visiting there, we have to wait more than 1/2 hour while 3 customer service desk and there were only one customer was there in line. Two customer service staff were doing everything other then customer service. after long wait they told me they don't have business account service in this branch, they can use a notice board there describing "This branch dont serve business customers" to save time for people.

Worst bank in all aspects customer relation ,services. Pathetic staff from cleaner to teller to security to your personal relationship manager.its a joke keeping your hard earned money in this bank.

Have been experiencing terrible experiences from EIB since long time!!! This particular branch is an epitome of the worst experience! Especially staffs behaves like we are going to loot them!!! ???????? on 30.11.2020 i had to go with my wife to collect her salary (to encash the cheque) those teller staffs claims that they haven’t got any approval from the officials to disburse money! Despite approvals have been taken around 4 hours back !!!! God heavens!!! Never ever approach these buggers!!!!????????????????

Worst Customer support. Visited two times with in a month to unblock my credit card and submitted documents, nothing happened. Visited Midriff city center branch and got it done.

Terrible service. Extremely rude staff with unacceptable attitude.
Customer service is anything but helpful.
Learn something from your colleagues at Zero 6 mall and Qassimiya Branch
