My shipping address is where I work, but something happened and I can't get to work. I have contacted Mr. Suleman Saeed (delivery guy) to say if he can deliver to my flat. After hearing about my situation, he didn't hesitate to help me even though my location was not in his route. Keep it up sir.

The delivery boy who is working with these people have to be professional... I have waited for till 1 o clock at my palace to collect the parcel and he failed to deliver the product to me and at 2.30 he called me so i requested him to deliver to the very near by place but his attitude towards my request was very unprofessional and he was like i can't deliver today if you want i will deliver tomorrow... I don't understand what he meant by if i want since I have already paid nearly 2799 aed for my product.... Since i want that that's why I have paid for the product.... After his attitude i have connected to the contact centre 2 times they have sent the request for a call back to me but the delivery person didn't called me after 3 follow up i got a sms aayi that we are unable to deliver your products... Again i have contacted the contact center and Mr Omer supported me with his professionalism he assisted me still there is no use of it because at 4.30 i called till 4.45 i was on a call and he confirmed that he will be sending the request to the operation department so i asked him till what time your delivery person is working so he confirmed that till 5 only so i didn't understand what was the use of sending the request to operation department... After this i tried calling the delivery person but he's not responding for the call... Anyway Emirates post team should have a professional delivery person or give some training to your delivery person. I really appreciate Mr Omer for al your support. thank you so much
