I had a delivery of my Vehicle Mulkiya .On be half of Mpost one of your employee (Reach Outsourcing)Mr.Aneesh(I think it's fake name ) Called me and made the conversation so complicated and he didn't atleast introduced by himself . It's quite sad that you are posting such useless staff on behalf of MPost .... Really disappointing ....

Worst Customer Service Ever .
The man who’s sitting behind the desk first asked me to give him my mobile number for id card then he raises his voice on me i mean im here just to take my id no need to shout or be disrespectful
Anyways im not coming back here ever again

Very bad experience from Emirates Post.
I received very late shipment delivered, and SMS asked for feedback, I was trying submitt 1 start and not good review, but it is not accepting nu their website.

I tried 5 star, it accepted. Wow... Good way to get good reviews.

Below was my feedback...

From Jan 4, 5AM shipment was at delivery centre, but delivered today Jan 7, 3:45PM. It taken 4 working days to take shipment from distribution centre to my home, which is around few Kilometres. Because of which, my passport appointment get postponed. Very bad experience. Because of bad management at distribution centre.

I would not even give a star . While sending they say no custom charges to send to india . Once it reaches india it get hold and if we ask these people they say that they dont know anything. I still have not got my parcel delivered . Its 10 days delay .Worst service. They have no clue where my parcel is .

Insulting customers
security also insulting customers rude attitude
They are not willing to do service (even we are the one paying money for the service) it's not an free service
We are ready to pay then also they refuse reason are funny it's not the time to accept speed post (. Time 4:38pm)
