I submitted a case regarding Careem app and their team not being able to help me access my account and not giving me a refund for my subscription that I couldn't use because of their lack of help and responsibility. Till this day my card is getting charged automatically by Careem app.
You know what reply I got from consumer rights through sms? It's under jurisdiction of RTA. Lol. No body even called me or emailed to get more details. They just closed it. They didn't even understand the case.
Useless.

They call me after One month of my issue then they will ask you what do you think the salutation
The most strange answer we are not related to investigate we have to transfer your case to another department .

It takes forever to get an inspector to call you and nothing has been done, they don't even take time to understand the case. I felt there is no protection at all.
