Out of 4 treadmills 2 treadmills does not work permanently. Other one has balance issue.

Out of 4 bikes 3 does not work permanently.

Worst problem is the smell of the toilet that comes in side the gym.

Trainers here are so lazy. Whole day will just use mobile. Does not care about the new gym members.

had a horrible experience at that club, its harder to get out of that GYM MEMBERSHIP THAN TO GET A DIVORCE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! the people who work there are super deceiving and not trustworthy ???? we ask for a manager he’s not willing even to talk with the customer they’re removing the old coach for no reason they don’t care about customer happiness at all managers if you cannot deal with customer problem then why you’re there?

Excellent coach for fitness and martial arts. Good facility, I am doing it for fitness but I get to learn a lot from kick boxing. They teach you to your ability and slowly progress.

Gym is good but swimming pool just ok, some facilities are not working( legs exercise area has extremely hot like without a.c and when i pointed out the answer was" it's corridor area so we are unable to solve this issue"), access to gym is little annoying bcoz lifts are slow as one of the Lift is broken while 2nd lift used to use for cargo and shifting items, for the building with 42 floors plus few parking floors broken lifts are big irritation.

Also please be advised before your next reply instead to be angry try to make your services better.
My comments are extremely honest as I have used your service for whole month.
It's hard to give all goods comments while in toilet a broken shower would take a whole week to fix.
As per your excuses I suggest to change your club name just like "Middle East sports club"
Because I think you have never seen the standards of sports club in Europe.
