Excellent facilities and very professional staff. You may find cheaper but I doubt that you will find better. I can highly recommend this company after having used them for quite a few years.

This place is amazing fitted me in on my lunch break from work & absolutely amazing customer service A**
Especially great for women as they won't rip you off like some places

Called to find out a price for an alignment on my car, was told that I needed to ensure that everything was loose/adjustable before bringing it to them or they couldn't do it.

I'm no freaking mechanic if I could do all that myself I wouldn't need a garage to provide the alignment would I?

[Update]
Over year later had work done at another another garage and was advised to get a 4 wheel alignment, after a bit of talking I was advised to give these guys a ring as they have the best equipment.

They basically told me that if I don't buy tyres from them they don't want the work.

Must be nice for a garage to have so much work they can pick and choose their customers.

Won't give these guys another chance at gaining my custom.

So disappointed and angry with this company. I bought a new tyre on the Saturday, drove home. On the Monday started driving to work, the tyre was flat. No holes or punctures, but they wouldn't replace it as "it's been driven flat."
Been coming here for decades, but never again....... re: Your reply. As I said I left the house to drive to Cardiff but didn't get far because of the flat tyre so obviously I did drive on it, but why was the tyre flat after only driving it home from your garage. Yes, it is a recently purchased car.Ps. the reason I've been driving around on my spare for for 12 days is because I work longer hours than your garage is open for.

Who I assume is the owner (on the desk) has a significant chip on his shoulder and a rather OCD attitude to time. Even as a paying customer you sense he's holding back from having a rant at you for various serious reasons, such as being slightly late picking a car that you have paid to have repaired up. This is a shame, as the work is done quickly.

Very poor, booked in for 2pm for full allignment. Arrived told it would be a minimum of an hour before I was seen. To top it off, the price was £120 + VAT not the £55 + VAT I was told over the phone.. Very poor
