Nice hotel in a great location, literally minutes walks to the North terminal. Offers great food and has a Costa.
Was met by a polite gentleman who helped check us in and who helped us book a table for the evening meal. The place is huge and you do have to wait for a lift to get to your room.
Place was clean and tidy and all staff were friendly. Would stay here again when travelling from Gatwick. Reasonably priced.

Probably best value for money if you are departing from Gatwick North Terminal. Just outside the terminal. My room (646) was clean and large enough, silent (I turned the AC off) and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant is average bit service is quick and waiters are very kind. The check-in process is the bit that is impersonal and if the self check in is not working it can be a bit painful.

SERVICE:

We arrived around two in the afternoon to check in after a flight, but we were told we either had to wait until three or pay extra for early check-in even though the rooms were empty and cleaned. We sat in the cafeteria for an hour and had something to eat, and then we got our room keys.

ROOMS:

First impression of the rooms was that they were very fresh and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable but the room itself was a bit cold. Not a problem, though, we just turned off the AC. I had a shower, which genuinely felt better than any shower I'd taken at home.
I do want to say that the view was of the inside of the building, which was grey and unpainted.
I slept for a solid few hours in that bed, and they were the best hours of my life! Despite being right next to a busy airport, there were no disturbing noises during the night at all.

FOOD:

I had dinner and then breakfast at the Premier Inn. The dinner was so filling and tasted absolutely great! I had the house burger and for dessert I had the triple chocolate brownie. I could barely fit it all in!

Stayed here before a trip to Turkey. Very nice place to stay, clean and comfortable. Super close to the North terminal. Lifts are confusing.

Only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is as the restaurant food is only okay but super expensive. Kids menu us affordable and good but pizza was quite burnt. Lovely and helpful waitress served us. Vending machines through out.

If you drink there is a nice bar with an outside area where you can smoke. Cost to stay for one night for 2 (adult and child) was very reasonable which is great if you've already spent thousands on a holiday! Hope they keep it that way ????

Extremely convenient location for a stay between flights. Super easy check-in & out, restaurant isn’t anything special but the service was lovely. Super comfy beds and the mood lighting is a nice touch.

I loved the fact that the hotel is part of the airport and that's very convenient. Also, I love the interior of the rooms. Not too big but has enough space for the necessary things. Restaurant is lovely and the breakfast menu is also very good and has a nice variety. The same room in the restaurant serves as breakfast room and is very cozy. I don't give it a five star for the sole fact that the receptionist at the beginning of my check in was rude and intolerant to the guests. I hope this problem gets fixed,.other than that I had a good experience and good night's sleep.

North Terminal is just over the road.

Staff were great, an issue with the IT systems meant the kiosks for check in were down and they were having to check people in manually. Great job by the staff all things considered.

Booked a table for dinner. Food was quick coming out. Beer was cold. ????

Room was the usual premier Inn standard. Clean and tidy. Great for a night before you travel.

Absolutely terrible hotel, will never stay again. They nickel-and-dime you to death there. Early check-in? 10 pounds. Hold bag for a couple hours after checkout? Donation please. Didn’t have any cash, so they just said “Sorry”. Not even a single water bottle is provided, the ones downstairs cost almost 3 pounds for a small bottle. The rooms are bare and have carpet in all rooms, which is disgusting if you ever seen these hotel carpets under a black light. Also, no gym, no toilet paper(yes, you are given a bunch of THIN napkins basically) and the food was mediocre. I understand this is the London area and nothing is cheap, but this hotel is trying to squeeze you for everything they can, shame on them.

Nothing worse than getting off a long flight and them saying you can’t check in yet, even 5 mins early, without paying(Check in at 3pm too, every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life was 2 pm). I can understand if the room is still being cleaned/used but it’s literally sitting there empty, ready! Legendary bad service, and management if they approved these regulations, Premier Inn will be my last option possible for my next booking.
