I would not order from here again. The delivery guy was lovely, although the food looked and tasted as if it had been warmed up from earlier in the day. Noodles were bland, beef mushy and chips were old, cold and hard. sorry guys, no vote from me.

Ordered in tonight as fancied something different and didn’t have enough ingredients to make what I needed.

So glad I did, hats off to the best Special Omelette I’ve had in forever!

Completely stuffed with Pork, Chicken, Prawns and other stuff made with 4 eggs, very filling and tasty.

Quick delivery and hot food too! Very impressed when I was a little sceptical.

Delivery guy was a sweetheart too!

I've recently moved from Essex and no hate but I can never find any takeaway I like in Newark but this chinese is BANGING! 10/10 on everything

Would never order from here again rice way to wet and mushy, more like rice pudding, plus some of my order was missing chilli chicken wings to much flavour

I see china city hasn't got the best reputation on Google. My personal experience was fine though. Food was prepared on good time and it was definitely fresh. Taste and portion size was perfectly acceptable too.

Really enjoy this Chinese. So easy to order on the app and the food is delicious.
I always collect and it’s always super quick. Order and collect within 20 minutes.

Stay well clear of these, I ordered a £50 meal last week, food never arrived, hour later I found out that it had been delivered two doors away, manager offered to refund half as of yet still waiting shocking service

I loved this takeaway for long time but unfortunately this time it was big disappointment there was really little of sauce, sweet & sour sauce taste like ketchup, chicken was really dry :/ at least soup was tasty;)
