The worst property management, i deposit 2000 aed and when i left my studio it was exactly after one year, they wanted to deduct 750 for painting and 100 for lights , after long negotiations i end up with no solutions from their side not even a discount , so i agreed just for my peace of mind and then the deductions was more than what they agreed with me by email so I received only 1081 aed and please note that my studio was so clean when it comes to the painting it might need only one layer for glowing not more and i have recorded a video about it,and please note that i left one month before my contract ended so they got one free month to rent it and this is how they treated me.
the renting studio was in Al Montasir Road as they have many locations

They hired the worst maintenance company ever beware of this maintenance scammers they charge amount with no reason they just send an invoice when u ask for explanation they ask you just to pay with zero investigation
They repeat asking for payment only
