Owner: please take care of your staff, especially the guy from Egypt, he said his name is Mohmmed, I bought halwa cheese for more than 32 AED, he asking me extra 5AED for sugar syrup, he really doesn’t respect yours customers, we are 20 years buying sweets from you. Really it was very bad from his side, he also tried to call to police ????, SHAME ON HIM!!!

Feras Sweets serves the best and authentic Kunafa in the town! Each plate (soft or crispier variant) is priced at 13AED which is reasonable considering the quality. There is seating area in the premises.

Kids would just love the Kunafas due to the cheese and sweet touch!

Feras has many branches in Sharjah, Dubai and RAK.

We have been visiting this place for several times. Whenever we crave for Khunafa. Several visits were ok and nothing really special, however last night was a bit different. We were surprised to see that our money was not spent well. They used to give more but last nights visit was different since the indian guy got our servings. Other than that the quality was not like before. Orange toppings was not crispy anymore, it seems like it has been soaked in syrup for so long. I hope that the management will see to it that the servings are standardized and the quality should always be at its best. I hope that they would see to it that the quality is not compromised because this is one of several reasons why customers come back for more. Not so good experience ????????????

be aware of the egyptian guy in this abushagara branc.. he is so rude , his behavior also very bad , he fights with every customer, yesterday around 11pm this thing happened with us.. he shouts loudly to every customer in front of every customer , we need to report him to authorities. POOR service

Cheese kunafa here is just lip smacking!! Perfect chrunchy sewaiyan, thick cheese and right amount of sweetness!! Mostly take aways are preferred I'd staying near by. Also they have dine in option with seating inside the shop and outside as well ...once we took the parcel to Jebel Ali from Sharjah and ate the kunafa after almost 7 hours.... slightly reheated it ....still the taste and freshness was maintained.

They serve the best Kunafas in Sharjah. It’s been years since we buy all kind of kunafas from their place and never disappointed.
The one star reduces due to their staff who are not polite to the customers.

PATHETIC customer Service!
The manager in this branch has ruined the brand name. I have been getting the sweets from this branch from last 15 years and I am for sure never visiting feras again.
Alot of comments regarding the behaviors of staff especially the manager, who is not letting customer dine in if the minium order is not met. Minimum order requiremnt keeps on changing by the manager.
SAD no action has taken yet and the same pathetic behaviour continues.
Not a place to visit with family or friends.

I have gone there few times, they serve good Kunafas but their customer service needs to improve a lot. I ordered for a single persons cheese kunafa for 10 AED and thought I would parcel it home but later thought of having it outside their shop, but what happened was they didn’t let me have it there saying that I need to buy for atleast 15AED for dining in their shop. It was not like the shop was crowded or anything, seats were mostly vacant. I found it very unprofessional, unlike their place in Taawun.
