As a frequent visitor to various banks, I am no stranger to the occasional imperfection in service. However, the experience at FAB Bank's Al Buhaira Branch in Sharjah has sadly been far below acceptable standards.

A large part of my dissatisfaction stems from the abrasive attitude of the branch manager. In an industry that thrives on excellent customer service, it was disheartening to encounter such an unwelcoming demeanor. She treated our conversation as if it was a favor being bestowed upon me, rather than a necessary and basic part of her role.

To conduct any banking procedure felt like an uphill struggle, my queries were either met with condescension or dismissiveness. The banking experience should empower customers, creating an atmosphere of trust and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was entirely missing during my visit to this branch.

What perplexes me more is the acceptance of such behavior by the higher management of FAB Bank. It is expected that any reputed financial institution would prioritize fostering a respectful and amiable environment, one where customers feel valued and understood. It seems that this ethos is lacking at the Al Buhaira branch, indicating a significant flaw in the bank's overall management.

The issue at hand isn't merely about one bad encounter, it reflects a wider problem in the branch's attitude towards customers. A banking relationship is supposed to be a cooperative one, not a hostile transaction. The lack of professional courtesy, respect, and efficient service at the Al Buhaira Branch is a stark contradiction to what one would expect from FAB Bank, given its reputation.

Immediate attention is needed to rectify these issues. Staff, especially those in positions of authority, should be adequately trained to exhibit professionalism and humility. Customers must be treated with respect and patience, as these are the core values of any service industry.

To summarize, my experience at the Al Buhaira branch of FAB Bank has been nothing short of disappointing. The branch manager's rudeness and dismissiveness were completely out of line. I urge the higher management to address these issues promptly to uphold the dignity and reputation of FAB Bank.

Worst experience. From past 15days I am visiting the bank just to get my bank statement of a closed FAB account and they r just convincing me and sending back telling it will be ready by evening or the next day...
Osman is trying to help me by raising complaints but nothing is working... just needed a bank statement and kalas.. why is the delay???even customer care number is not allowing me to connect to the executive..

I wish I could give a zero star ! No respect for customer. Oh actually I am ex staff so respect for staff as well, I feel sorry for customers who have to go through such kind of humilitation everyday urgh ! Worst manager Noura Ali Nuaimi ever, extremely rude and arrogant. She should be fired immediately! Worst I repeat worst bank, branch staff and manager ! There should be a zero rating.

I visited the branch more then 2 days to apply for LL and they did not support me and my request got delayed. They say i have to apply from call center or mobile app and i dont have acces to them because my account is not active and they cant verify in me call center. So call center sends me to branch and branch tells me call center. Bad experience no support

My feedback for FAB in general. Worst customer service ever, you don't even deserve the 1 star, seriously your staff is unbelievable and the way how they deal with us is extremely unprofessional, I never had a bad experience with any other bank same like what I'm facing with this bank. I just can say it now, the biggest mistake in my whole life that I got a credit card from you. Please avoid this bank NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

If anyone can avoid this bank please do. Customer care is the worst here. Even after merging with FGB to form NBAD, they care least about the customer. Going behind them for the 5th time to withdraw our money from a blocked account ( due to nonusage).

I have been requesting a clearance letter for more than a month now. I have been calling the customer service for how many times already. i have been asking them if there is still some balance i need to pay so they can issue me a clearance letter and they said there's nothing to pay anymore. But after a week, i got a call from the bank telling me that they can't close or cancel mybcard because i have to pay some penalty or whatever it is that i need to pay so they can close my card and start processing my request. I paid it and waited again. But after few days of following updates on my request, i got a call again tellling me that i still need to pay again some balance that i don't know where it came from so they can close my card and start the process. I have also raised complaints twice already. They put resolved status on my first complain but i didn't get any good feedback. I also visited the concern branch in sharjah twice already to personally ask what is wrong and what i need to do so they can start processing my request but they just told me to wait. It's a total waste of time and money since i just came from abu dhabi. Very frustrating service. I don't know how long will it take until they resolve my issue. It's only a clearance letter that they keep telling it will be issued in 24-48 hrs but it took more than a month already. I don't know for some reason why they can't issue it to me when they keep telling me that i'm already cleared from any outstanding balance on my credit card.
