Average gym. The gym is at a great location and it has everything I need. Ladies area feels small, especially when it gets crowded, that's why I often try to go at timings where it's less crowded.
I hope they renovate it soon, it looks very old. The interior is kinda depressing, lights need to be replaced, and we need new machines and more options.
It's better than other gyms in the area, but still needs improvement to be worth the monthly membership cost I pay. Other branches are newer and much nicer, this branch should match other branches in quality and experience too.

I don't prefer this branch as it has not been renewed for a long time. Showers are poor, shampoo and shower gel with very poor quality.
Parking is difficult and its paid one.

I used to go to this branch since last year , i feel so comfortable and the staff so welcoming and helpful, its clean , good there’s sanitizer and Spry .for hygiene. Highly recommend to anyone need a good gym in sharjah

It's a nice place the classes are verry good the problem that it's crowded we cannot have time to enjoy with the machines they should open new fitness first in the area of al Majaz so we can be more happier thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️love you and the hour that I spend their is so precious ❤️❤️❤️

Staff deceive you with wrong information just to make you sign up. After coming to them they deny everything they have said and offer zero solutions. Worst possible gym ever. Not enough equipment available

They just want to take your money. Since I started there it is a complete drama. I had to change two personal trainers because of different reasons. They don't put the customers' interest first. The personal trainers keep talking bad about each other just to keep the customers from not leaving them. I am astonished how Fitness First management allows such behavior.

I spent around 2 hrs in the gym on a Friday morning, didnt see a single trainer on the floor. I put a complaint and still more than a month later, they didnt take an action or call back to give me feedback. I spoke again to the manager and yet no response. They will only follow up if they want to take money from you.

The only positive thing there is Captain Quossay.

Because the equipment is old, and the is no trainer on the floor, the trainer are focused on P.T only some of them they are not helpful, during their free time instead of helping the clients they're on their cell phones

To be honest, this is the worst branch i ever dealt with!
The receptionist have no sufficient experience in dealing with the clients. The machine and equipments are old. The bathrooms are dirty and they provide low quality shampoo. The steam room doesn’t work and smells bad.
Be careful while signing a contract with them at the beginning once registering and insist on reading the terms/conditions with keeping a copy of it. Their terms & conditions are complicated/unclear. From my personal experience and according to my friends, they continue on deducting fees from your bank account although you are not using the service/going to the gym. They deducted 2 months fees from my account without informing me. I have already complained to the Department of Economy and Tourism and they are in process of my case. There are consumer rights for a reason!
