I am extremely satisfied with their customer service. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time, and the quality of the product was excellent. I highly recommend them for any personalized or corporate gifts, artworks, and printing needs!

Extremely disappointed. I was expecting to receive a proper pricing for the badge I purchased for my organization unfortunately Mr sufyan refused to give any discounted price . Magic trading just is an amazing store next to them that offers proper discounts with very competitive prices .
I informed Mr sufyan that he overpriced me and he said yes he can not compete with prices of Magic trading next to him as he is a third party.

In conclusion I would not recommend them at all at especially because they do not care about customer satisfaction at all.

I ordered some personalised tote bags, Was very impressed with the service. Brilliant customer service, excellent communication and the quality of the product is brilliant. They also couriered the product from Sharjah to Dubai which really helped. I can highly recommend fotokad
