I didn’t mind the bad reviews, tried plain croissant, that was by far the worst I ever tried, the most oily, and the worst taste (made with cheap oil instead of butter maybe), it took me 3 napkins to remove the oil from it. Also to mention it took them around 45 mins to deliver it

From frequenting this space regularly to not even crossing my mind for more than a year ever since I shifted to Dubai.

Memories misplaced; and it all came rushing back when I ordered a cup of coffee.

Hunt for employment, drafting multiple resumes, and preparing for interviews.

I also wrote some of my best pieces here. Thoughts run wild, and the fingers cannot keep up.

One of my favorites in Sharjah. It is stunning.

One of the worst experiences ever!!! No one order anything from them. The staff have a very bad attitude. I ordered an espresso and because there wasnt a barcode in my area i scanned one thats far and it came cold and very late, i told them it was too cold i cant drink it; THEY DIDNT ACCEPT TO EXCHANGE IT and told me theyre busy they wont serve me…. I Just wanted my espresso to help me focus and study. 0 Experience 0 staff attitude.

The service is nice from the people but the it’s so over priced, a latte with an extra shot of espresso for 26-30 dirhams? That’s why I started getting my own coffee and water, since the water is a whopping 11 dirhams

The worst matcha I’ve ever tasted !!
For 30 AED I excepted something good , it tasted like grass mixed with water

To point that I’ve tried matcha from different places so I know how it should taste !

It would be great if the library picked another specialty coffee with reasonable prices “since the visitors are mostly students” and better coffee!!!!

( I tried their coffee before also and was disappointing)

Overpriced, with tiny portions. This cafe thrives on being 1/2 cafes inside the House of Wisdom, so this price gouging is understandable. A oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso is 38 dhs. A small, mini cookie is 17 dhs. It's mind boggling why this cafe is so expensive when many others offer so more at the same quality for so much less. Staff is friendly and their smoothies are great and worth the price.
