Very calm and well thought out lounge - better than many of the others.

We're lots of snacks and drinks available, from champagne to various teas. Could order from a small selection of meals, including a delicious vegan burger. The staff were excellent - very helpful and chatty. Very clean and well looked after. Would recommend.

Usually relatively quiet in here not as chaotic as the business lounge the food & drink offering is much better. The pink Gordon’s was new to me!

A great lounge in all ways!

Great food, drinks and staff.
Even better is the runway views of arriving and departing flights.

This is an abysmal lounge, not worthy of the “first class” designation. Crowded, queues for the toilets, and unremarkable food and drink. Furnishings tatty and sticky from lack of cleaning. I usually try to avoid British Airways anyway and this gives me further motivation to do so.

Sadly no longer let you into the lounge (as a silver / gold member) and even though it says you have access on the walls. I appreciate we weren’t flying BA but it’s never been an issue before. Lady was incredibly rude. Such a shame.
