Membership rates are quite reasonable, and I recommend considering membership during their promotional discount periods.

The facility is well-equipped with a diverse array of training equipment to cater to your various fitness needs. Moreover, it's not just about intense workouts; it provides relaxation amenities as well, including a pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna, and steam room.

The gym layout is especially commendable with two separate buildings, providing a comfortable and respectful environment for both men and women. It's certainly a place where fitness meets comfort.

I like the gym too much and the facilities there .. but the coach raghda she is very very very bad .. she make an injury in my shoulder.. u have to inform here to be careful for the people .. not only push me to take pt then make an injury for me ..

Best decision I’ve ever made is to train here. Great community, very welcoming and helpful staff. Proper hygiene is maintained on a daily basis. Great facilities. This fitness time branch is second to none. Getting disposable towels for the showers would be a great plus to the gym.

UPDATE: the gym is currently overcrowded because offers here never end. If you’re worried about missing an offer, just don’t because offers are all-year round here!

Very good club. Sauna, Steam, shower, pool, Jacuzzi.... everything you need is available within this club. There is a separate club for men and women.

Huge !!! Much more advanced equipments to hit each & every muscles and a well maintained gym with all activities including personal training, trainers would definitely rip you from fat to in shape body !! The gym is no joke it has olympic size swimming pool, hot jacuzzi, ice cold pool, indoor race track and much more ... sauna ?? Hahaha well those are some next level sauna rooms they have in there !!! Worth taking a subscription either it's 3 months or a year ..... highly recommended gym for all the freaks outs there..!!! Must visit.

My trainer AK, is by far the greatest personal trainer i've had, he's always on time, very motivational, always encourages me to get my target goal, and gives meal plans and workout plans for me to follow when he isn't there, and makes use of every minute you have at the gym, id absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to better themselves and wanting to go the fitness time in Sharjah.

We took membership of fitness time.First of all no one cares untill you pay for a personal trainer .And then once you book a personal trainer ,you dont find them for weeks .Pathetic service
I have experienced mamzar and Rak FT which was v good,but management and staff in Sharjah branch is pathetic !!!
