Don't appreciate the customer service or level of customer satisfaction from their order, bad first time experience

Ps- The point is not 10 dhs or 100 dhs! Its all about customer satisfaction, you must try to leave the customer satisfied, today was my first order, if u would left me satisfied, I would place bigger order next time, which is beneficial to ur shop. I was clear when I said I need chicken and cheese, and I said no need to send sauces on side, but u send me only cheese. When I messaged u to take it back, u could have taken it or replaced it, atleast I would be happy for the order (now I have to throw half of it in garbage) and order more and more from ur shop, but u didn't think about the long term, and chose to leave the customer dissatisfied. I didn't wish to leave your shop any bad comments, but even bigger brands offer refund so to leave customer happy, but I feel u don't aim about customer satisfaction.

Delivery is very fast and always on time. I ordered few times all their goodies are fresh and tasty. Portions are very good related to good prices.
I wish they keep same level.

Worst experience. Order takes more than 2 hours for delivery. Very much disappointed.

The worest pastry restaurant i ever saw in my life , there food quality is very bad , delivery will always come after two hours of ur order time with very cold food, i wiill never order anything from them again

Not sure why this place has bad reviews. Ordered with them a few times online, food is great and affordable. The only thing they need to improve os their fresh juice. Pastry is 8/10, juices are 5/10.
