worse experience more than 2,3 times with this place.
they never take care of the child. all of them are fighting jumping on each other and they don't care. i was supposed to leave my child for only 2 hours but for some reasons i got delayed around 5 hours , when i reached my child was hungry and crying and came out with high fever. also they put the offers of 2 hours and 3rd free and 300aed 30 hours but when u want to get that the owner will say no no this one already finished and they will ask u to pay double fee. very very unprofessional NOT RECOMMENDED at all. not safe at all for your little ones.
Not deserve one start also

رحنا معنا ٣ اطفال والي كان موجود هو عاملة (ناني) ما عندها خبرة بتعامل الزباين و على كل كبيرة و صغيرة بتتصل في صاحبة المحل، وحتى صاحبة المحل ما عندها خبرة ابدا في خدمة الزباين و تركنا المكان و بعمرنا ما راح نرجع عليه

كانت تجربه سيئة لاني تركت ابني وخلال ١٠ دقايق فقط اتصلت بي المساعده الفلبينيه انه يبكي وعدت لاجلس معهو ولم تسمح لي بالجلوس الا اذا دفعت مبلغ ساعه وابني لم يكن مرتاح للجلوس وحده فاضطريت لدفع المبلغ كامل مع انه لم يكمل نصف ساعه وعندما اتصلت بصاحبة المركز قالت ستراقب الكاميرات لترى ما حدث ولم تعاود الاتصال بي ..خدمة غير جيده في خدمة العملاء

It was a bad experience because I left my son in just 10 minutes. The Philippine assistant called me. He cried and I promised to sit with him. She wouldn't let me sit unless I paid an hour and my son wasn't comfortable sitting alone.I had to pay the full amount, although he did not complete half an hour. When I called the owner, she said she would watch the cameras to see what had happened and she did not call me back...bad customer service experience

لنا تجربة طويلة المدة مع المركز وخدماتهم جيدة جداً ويعاملون الأطفال بعناية والسيدة سهى تعامل الأطفال كأنهم أطفالها، والمساعدات مدربات بشكل جيد أيضاً وبالنسبة للتعليم فإنهم يتعلمون بشكل جيد.

تجربة سيء جدا أخذت بنتي هناك فلما رجعت بعد 5 ساعات فجأت أنهم لم يعطو أبنتي لم تشرب المأ لمدة 5 ساعات كاملة وكانت إبنتي تبكي و هذا يدل على عدم الإرتاح ويدل هذا أيظا على الإهمال و عدم الإهتمام وكانت صاحبة المركز موجودة ولم تحرك ساكنا وكانت معاملتها معي سيء جدا

Had the best experience imaginable getting my first car through Ribble Cars.

George and Craig are proper genuine and nice blokes and really helped explain the process of reserving, finance etc. George even drove us home after our viewing and test drive of the car, as well as picked us up when we went to purchase the car fully.

Couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely be coming back when I eventually need a new one.

Bought a BMW 1 Series from Ribble Cars and can I say what a delight it was to be dealing with an honest and open Dealership. Nothing was too much trouble and even though there were a couple of minor glitches these were sorted without fuss. Would highly recommend.

I travelled almost fours hours to buy my 535d from George @ Ribble Cars - and I wasn’t disappointed!

Great spec’d car at a decent price, very accommodating and stuck to his word when he sourced and bought me a £300 remote from BMW Germany and posted it to me a week after I drove away.

I’d recommend!

I contacted George about a car I would like to go and view. From the start, he was friendly and pleasent to deal with. When I arrived, he gave me a warm welcome and let me have the space to properly view the car and test drive it. He wasn't remotely pushy, something that I think you can sometimes end up feeling in these situations. I decided I would buy the car, so put a holding deposit down. A few days later I realised the car wasn't perhaps the best fit for our lifestyle at the moment. The car itself was great, it was my own issue. I contacted George about it and explained. He was so nice about it - he didn't need to be and I wouldn't have blamed him if he wasn't either. He didn't make me feel silly or like a time-waster. He even, very kindly and unexpectedly, returned me the holding deposit. George seems like a really nice, genuine man and I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.

Great people to deal with. Craig and George weren't at all pushy, just sincere, transparent and professional throughout. Everything went smoothly and very happy with the car. What more could you want! Highly recommended.

Recently bought a lovely little Corsa from Ribble cars. A 2011 model with 1080 miles on the clock, yes you read that right!!! A lovely buying experience from start to finish???? . Was sold to me by a guy called Craig who was super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend Ribble Cars. 5 star service????

Top used car garage, part ex changed a van for a pick really good part ex price and a good price on the purchase I made! 3 months warranty included pick up was serviced and mot'd also done the brake pads. Good honest family run used car dealership, will be using them again!
