Been going here for many years now for a swim. I have a mobility disability and use crutches and I find it easy to get into the pool with help of the handrail and steps down into the pool rather than a ladder like some bigger pools also the water isn't as cool as other pools. They also have disabled changing facilities. Staff here are friendly and always willing to help with advice be it gym or nutritional if needed and are always at hand for a friendly chat. This place helped me build my confidence to go swimming regularly as being a larger person i was wary of being judged going into a place of fitness but no one judges they are all there to help and support with whats best for the people using the facilities.

Joined the other week and really like the gym and the pool. Great for our family with very friendly helpful staff too!

Go most nights to gym and pool. Gym is great, good range of weights and cardio. Pool is great and hot tub is a great way to end the night! If you ever need any help Andy is always there to answer any questions, Top guy ????

Aside from slippery change-room floors, the staff are great and very helpful. All the facilities and training stuff well set up with easy access.
