We had an excellent experience. The rooms were very clean, pristine bedding, towels, toiletries.the customer service was amazing with very hospitable and presentable staff who were ever ready to assist us at all times.the indoor swimming pool was very comforting to use in the summer heat with a helpful lifeguard at all times. Joan, Ramesh of front desk were keen to assist with any queries. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely visit again.

The staff particularly Vicky at reception is very very cooperative and helpful & caring for clients.
Mr Balaguru is again so charming and always standing for help. Even Altaf All of them are great guys.
We feel so comfortable here , from last one year we are coming and staying almost monthly.

Nice place next to Sahara mall. Easy trip to Dubai 15 min top. Get the suite, it has washer & dry, full kitchen. Staff was accommodating. The rooms have capacity limits. Kids over 12 are considered adults & if you don't count them as such during booking you will end up having to get another room. They do have sofa beds but for children under 12. I would come back

Service is excellent. Bathrooms ???? need to be updated and flooring as well. Great value and fantastic staff. Made me feel at home

The Hotel is a great place for Business people and vacation stay. It has a very friendly ambient vibe due to the location primarily next to Sahara Center Sharjah and have a lot of food options, supermarket and lot of site visit location nearby. I am on prolonged business stay and is quite refreshing with Gym and Swimming pool facilities. I am totally enjoying my stay in the hotel and would recommend anyone visiting Sharjah or Dubai. Balaguru has been very kind and helpful for location and othe guidance and I thank him once again. A very warm welcome by the reception and very friendly management team. Thank you once again.

Been there yesterday after 8 hours my flight from Indonesia. I meet very kind staf who bring my things to car. I forgothe name. Buy service was amazing

Hotel is nice and kerimov service is outstanding also ramesh is good. And other facility is good like swimming pool and ramadan is good too. All the house keeping is good at their work.

The hotel is in very nice location between Dubai and Sharjah from both place access able, big room with balcony and in reception jamshed, Mr. Ramesh is very friendly.
