The food was ok. Nachos were good and tasty. Chips were rather soft and soggy.
When it comes to buying Pepsi, there was small, large for £2.99 and a bottle for £3.59 of unspecified size. We assumed as it was more expensive than large cup it would be a 1.5 litre bottle! WRONG!! It was a 500ml bottle, smaller than large cup. Come on, Taco Bell, even KFC gives a 1.5litre bottle

Possibly the worst place i have ever eaten, dirty tables, half hot half cold food and run by a bunch of teenagers who couldn't care less.
If i get food poisoning i will be in touch with environmental health tomorrow. Definitely swerve this place.

Everytime we go here for a takeaway they have never got the order correct we come home and there is always food missing it's shocking the staff need to stop talking so much and concentrate on the job they are paid to do I will never give them money again

Absolute joke would give 0 if I could. Ordered in the drive thru paid at 8.49. Then sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. They only remembered I was there when they came to the window to serve the car behind and realised my food was sat on the side. I asked if it were fresh and they said yes. Suspecting it wasn't I pulled in and sure enough the chicken was stone cold. The drive thru was closed by this time so I returned returned the window and knocked on the window. I could see the staff hiding from me in the store hoping I would give up and go away. I waited a further 10 minutes for someone to return to the window(the only reason I think they did was the driver waiting for there order who had reversed to let me at the window). On stating I wanted a refund for waiting 10minutes to be given cold food she first tried to tell me it was fresh(yes 10 minutes ago!!!) And then all she kept saying was "it wasn't me who served you" and when I said I could see the staff hiding from me said "I was on the phone, asked them to go to the window and they wouldn't" !!! Never had anything like it before, was absolutely fuming they seem to enjoy making people feel like a mug!!! Will never return to a Taco Bell.
Could see all the posters on the wall about customer service, maybe these servers can't read.

Very fast and friendly service. Lots of free parking.

All the food was fresh and delicious.

Will definitely go again and would recommend to others.

Totally over priced no cheese in my veggie dish total rip off staff hadn't even tried the Taco sauces so could not advise ...rubbish ????
