Paid for premium short stay for my trip online. Spaces are very narrow and having a long & wide car, had to do a 3 point turn to go up any level to avoid hitting the car. Spaces so narrow I had to climb out the passenger door.

Premium parking is a scam unless you have a small car. I wasn't able to get my vehicle up the ramp, so I had to park on the ground floor. Car park 5 in general seems to have very narrow spaces, so unless you drive a smaller car, or are a parking ace, just pay for a regular spot, and go to garage 6 instead.

Only parked for 45 minutes and was charged £13.
Spaces are tiny and leave hardly any room to open doors or boot.

Exorbitant prices for a badly maintained multistory car park (2 of the 3 lifts not working yesterday and the third without a functioning indicator). Large queues of people trying to get between floors - defeating any claimed convenience. No staff on hand to manage the situation.

8£ for 40 mins? Really??
And the car park (drive area, curves for going up and down levels and parking spaces) are just too narrow. All in all apart from easy payment and exit, a terrible experience.
