Good customer service when opening the company and creating license, everything went smooth and we had our company with them for 7 years. However, worst customer service in terms of the process to get the refunds of security deposits. Company has been closed, visas changed to other free zone / exits done but still E channel, manager, and other security desposit refunds are not being processed. Applications are being rejected in online portal without clear reasons and instructions.

This review is exclusively to the Customer Support Department of HFZA. I would like to thank the team for all the assistance provided while renewing some of the company documentation; especially to Mr Sameer Dar who guided me patiently and professionally through the process until it was completed.

Efficient and prompt service is on offer in abundance to all of us wise enough to have chosen the Hamriyah Freezone to base our businesses. Again I have received nothing but professional cooperation and assistance from Mr Sameer and his colleagues at the Customer Support Department.
