Ok, so I visited today 2:55 am and there where alot of people, and when my turn came the shift manager ( who was standing on the counter ignored me completely and was talking to other customers who ordered already! When I asked him politely " when and where should I make my order?" He replied with utter disrespect that he is talking to 4 people at the same time and can not focus with me!
While i love hardees, I think that this person does bot represent the values and customer care we are used to at hardees.
