Friendly team, good prices. Boarding is madness though even if you have priority type boarding.

On Board:
- Seats: pretty small but OK
- Food: average for economy flight
- Drinks: good range
- Wi-Fi: LOL no that’s a “NO”
- Bathrooms: tiny I think I have to be a Lego man to use them comfortably
- Departure Time: pretty much guaranteed to be a bit late.

Our outbound flight time has been changed twice, and the flight is cancelled, offering us a different airport to depart one week before departure day with different times. Take off Luton land in Gatwick by force but not by choice! We had to cancel the car park and car hire last minute. What is going on Easy jet management ? Het a grip. Last flight, there was a 2-hour delay from Gatwick with no apology or voucher as well. We will not use your airline ever again. Your reliability is 0 percent after all the extra charges.

I already had a bad experience with easyJet in the past, but I decided to give a second chance. My bad of course! I'm actually stucked at the airport, flight delayed of three hours. Well You know, after three ours you are entitled of 4,5 pounds voucher for your stay (you buy a sandwich or whatever): I don't care about the money, but the principle. So what they do? They announce the delay of 5 minutes before the three hours, so you don't get the voucher. Then, when the delay increase over the three hours, you talk with the wannabe anchor man instead of a guest relation manager: he will tell you "wait, probably it will fly earlier". Yesssss, I believe you..... Compared tho easyJet, Ryanair is Emirates.

Delayed 1,5 hours at. Missing shuttle in the departure city. Lost another 2 hours. Mucked up my today and next day. You promise time you give an exact time for flight but you cant fulfill it in time. Everyone is waiting. We have to. I cant leave airport. If I knew I would buy another ticket.

Very bad experience. We were waiting on the Gatwick airport for several hours for a delayed flight and eventually it was cancelled. EasyJet did not provide any help, any advice, simply nothing. The only advice was - pick up your backage at belt nr. 3, good bye. Will never use again.

Boarding, flight… all good problem free.
But offering a car rental service in the booking process for late flights, when the car rental companies close to early that the customer actually can use the service makes no sense. Just only offer such deals if they make sense (24h car rental deals)!!!

It used to be a good airlines but now 90% of their flights are delayed, quite a lot are canceled...
For my last 4 flights, 3 got delayed by more than an hour and one got canceled!
It used to be cheap, have good service and be reliable but now it's very unreliable and not even that cheap anymore...

Don't recommend unless you don't have a choice.

Very disappointed...

An overall horrendously, terrible experience. My flight was canceled en route to the airport while I was in my Uber. I had to wake up at 1 am to catch this flight due to the ride to the airport and the normal 2 hours of early arrival before flights. Due to this cancelation, the next earliest transportation to my destination was by train, which was significantly closer to my flat compared to my long drive to the airport. With all of this, it was a mess trying to get connect with customer service to be reimbursed for the canceled flight and extra, unnecessary travel expenses. Although their Notice of Rights on their customer service website states that we should be reimbursed for the troubles and waste of time, energy, and money, they were unwilling to do so. I was repeatedly told at the airport and on the phone the day of that EasyJet would cover all of this, yet I was denied on my reimbursement form. This disaster was almost a month ago and I am still in the midst of this issue as they are going against their written information on their website. I will never use this airline again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Flights get canceled, but trying to resolve this problem is awful. Do not book cheap airlines! I would rather pay more to a well-known, trust airline.
