Plugs were out of order for charging, but great prices for a hot breakfast--especially liked the paninis that they grill for you at the bar ???? great prices, right before security.

Best service ever. The girls were great at the desk and the barista made us perfect flat whites. Just beware that this café is NOT inside Gatwick's embarkment área. Once you are embarked, you cannot get back to this Nero.

Lovely old village with cobble stones you need to take the cable car to the top its a long walk otherwise quite steep walking around wear a comfortable pair of shoes. At the top there are shops restaurants and a lovely old church lovely views of the bay below recommend a visit

Worst oat moka on the planet 0 espresso and chocolate flavour at all, plus I asked "to not make it too hot to be able to drink it quickly" and he gave it to me boiling hot!

Look at the picture they have no clue how to make a proper barista cafe and was 4,45 pounds totally wasted.

Avoid this place !

We have forgotten a suitcase at caffe nero. If anyone has seen it, let me know. A reward will be given to whoever finds it. It is small gray with a military pattern on it. Suitcase var like the picture, but smaller.

We just had a coffee before continuing our journey. It was livable though never seen it really quiet. Nice loos nearby. Taxi driver was late so a good chance to catch our breath and stretch our legs before leaving the airport.

Food and drinks are about the usual for a Caffe Nero, you know what you're getting and always good. The most impressive thing was the staff and in particular the gentleman working tonight. He was so helpful as we were stuck in the airport for a long time. True embodiment of the gold standard of customer service and an absolute credit to the company. If I ever am in a position to employ someone involved in customer service in any industry, I would track him down and pay him whatever he was asking. So difficult to find this level these days.
