I used Sure Parking meet and greet twice once at the beginning of November and then the end of November. On both occasions my new Mercedes A class was damaged. First the wing the the windscreen.Picked up late at night dark and cold. Signed the document.The driver was in a rush to get away. Did not accept responsibility. Won’t use them again. True what they say you get for you pay for. Disgusting.

Cost was a good price, drop off straight forward , issue was with collection .

Paper work states call when you have your bag, which we did, what I didn’t expect is then having to stand around for 30 mins for my car to turn up. Not acceptable.

Won’t be using them again, mate booked with a different meet and great service, called them at the same time and he waited 5-7 minutes in the same car park as us .

Maybe we should charge them for every minute they are over …… absolute joke .

AVOID using this sham of a company at all costs. Booked to use their Meet & Greet services at Gatwick North at the end of May. Before they drive off with your car that’s in perfect condition, a man shoves a crumpled up piece of paper in your face asking you to sign before disappearing 20 seconds later. This piece of paper i later found out to be their Terms & Conditions, you don’t get to keep a copy.
Upon my return, I waited at the car park opposite the North Terminal, the car that I left in this company’s care that was in perfect condition was not in quite the same condition when it was returned. A large 8-10 inch crack was visible on the front windscreen, there was no attempt by the staff to point out this damage, it was down to me to do this, the member of staff took photos and all the details and in his words said “that’s not very good”.
I got told that he would be reporting the damage to his head office and to ring a number where I could speak to somebody to complain and get it sorted. Only when ringing the number you get told to put it on an email as they don’t speak to people!!
Follow up customer service is rude, appalling and non existent. They point you to a clause in their T&C’s that claims that they don’t cover windscreen damage and that you have signed to accept this. After exchanging many emails, the company has refused to acknowledge it was at fault and will offer no compensation to cover my out of pocket expenses to get the windscreen replaced. It’s absolutely disgusting the way they treat and deal with customers. I will never use them again and I would urge you to think twice before you do.

Deplorable service following some damage to our car. On return we found damage to our vehicle and were told to email the company. After 7 weeks of chasing the matter to get a resolution, we were simply told it was pre-existing (with no evidence or backup). If you use them, make sure you photo your car before and after to protect yourselves!

Vehicle left with them for two weeks whilst away. Vehicle gets returned to the terminal filthy and with damage to the rear bumper. Pictures taken and sent to their email who state the damage was already there on the pictures they took but refuse to show me their pictures.
Customer service is a disgrace. They do not answer the phone and take days to respond to emails. Save the money and hassle and book with a different company. Avoid

Worst meet and greet company I have ever used

I returned after a week in Turkey, damaged alloys and a chuck taken out of my tyre on my BMW X5. The first thing I did was inspect the car. All the guy dropping the car back was interested in was getting me out of the car park as quickly as possible as the car park ticket was expiring (they only pay for quick drop off). He didint care about the damage even though he admitted damage to the car but to contact head office and they will sort it out. I have written several emails and had no response until now..here was the repsonse:

You did not report any damage to us at the Airport you signed the paperwork to state you were happy in the condition it was
left.
We also state in our terms and conditions:
4.7 We accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle including windscreens, alarms, immobilisers, glass, flat batteries, tyres and wheels however caused.

Its now on its way to the small claims court. Terrible, Terrible company avoid at all costs.

Quick drop off at 4am. Their drop off area in the North short stay car park 5 is very close to the terminal. Upon arrival back at Gatwick phoned from the baggage hall once had collected bags and was told car would be ready in 10 mins, which it was. Quick scan of the car showed it to be undamaged. Very happy.

DAMAGED my alloys. I left my brand new i4 M50 (quite a rare car at the time of writing this) with this company and received my brand new car back with a scuffed rear alloy. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I was originally told to contact their office and have since been told they state they’re not responsible (still waiting to see the document I’ve signed however..).. no sincerity even offered.

Absolute cowboys, DO NOT use if you care about your car.
