We ordered chicken fried rice, golden king sandwich combo and a happy meal. I liked their fried rice the most among the food we ordered. The quantity of rice and meat were very generous. Kids meal combo came with a toy car and a mango juice. The price range for ordered items finds economical.

Ordered super supreme large pizza through smiles app used 50%off coupon which was a great deal,,,the topping was so generous which was the best thing. The taste was also nice,not extraordinary and it was in just 16.5 aed????????

This restaurant has become trash. In fact trash would be better because at least when you eat trash nobody will act like you are doing them a favor. The staff attitude in this restaurant has gone from bad to worse to horrific and I’ve seen the quality of the food drop badly. Advice to the owners please fix this, i’ve been coming to this particular branch for more than 15 years. Please treat staff like human beings so they will in turn respect the customer from the delivery boy to the phone attendant all of them are unprofessional and its gotten worse in the last 1-2 years. I’ve just had it. Won’t be ordering again.
They even don’t have the authentic HB taste of spicy shawarma in this branch which used to be served 4-5 years back. I go to the one near Quran roundabout because it serves the correct HB spicy shawarma version which used to be sold here but not any more. They tweaked the flavor and its honestly trash and a lot of color and spice not the mexicy taste .This branch is just doing what their mood is like. The other day they took chicken charcoal pieces put it on a pizza and gave it to me like chicken tikka pizza and I paid 38 AED. What a bunch of clowns..do your job properly guys, come on. Don’t make loyal customers give negative reviews.

Ordered grilled chicken burger...chicken piece was totally burnt...when i asked them to replace..they said its normal and this quality is good...sharing photo for reference...(hot burger opposite to abu shagara park.)

I went to al nahda br for ordering 2 fresh juice take away..one avacado and sweet melon avacado very bad comparing with other Cafteria only milk there and those who deliver to me I think he was very bad customer service and he don't know how to handle the customer and answering me rudely..I want to make a scene but I controlled my self..I told him I don't want u r service I will do my self...don't allow the staff to destroy u r fame and don't think without quality no one will come again...

Spicy means red colour for them, I don't recommend any one to buy such food
