Very bad experience from the management. The shop is located in butina and took two hours to deliver to the address in butina itself.i did almost 8 calls to them and they rejected the calls 4 times and rest of the times kept the phone on hold. Explained the address to the delivery boy exactly and it took him an hour to deliver the food and when we got the food it was all spilled in the food cover and all oil was spilled out. Not in a condition to eat food we just decided to threw it away. When we asked the delivery boy to ask his manager to call us back they refused to call. Behaviour of delivery boy is zero rated as he is simply smiling to the things. We never had such a bad experience from any of the shop in uae.

One of the Finest places to visit for the best Cuisine I’ve ever had before. All the cuisine are above expectations. Staff's are very friendly specially (khan sab).
Must visit for best grills and much more.
Absolutely Amazing ????

Ordered the half grill chicken. Came out to be raw. Completely inedible. When the staff was notified they just smiled with no reply.
Place is unhygienic with flies over your food constantly. Do not recommend.

Very bad restaurant in Sharjah Butina. There is no tasty food. They didn't know how to manage customers, only 1 staff in the upstairs to serve more than 7 tables at a time. Will not get any food on time. They gave us the starter soup which was very bad at the mid of our dinner, Also we didn't get the ordered items. They don't have the items to serve after taking delivery. There is no proper order collection like other restaurants. Totally waste of money. If you go with your guests, it will be total loss.

Very very very bad experience in the first order itself. I ordered chocken charcoal through smile app and waited for 1 hr. When i asked after 1 hr one lady staff said there is no such order received. Then one gym guy came he said to leave the restaurant and go to near by restaurants by arguing that i ordered somewhere else n waiting in his place. I went to near by restaurants also all of then said the address in the smile order is hot grill only. When i went there n asked again one ankther guy said that yes sir the order is getting ready. Then i told him the him wt was happening few minutes ago then the lady n that gym guy hided themselves somewhere. I got my chicken grill as well. I recommend everyone that if u want good service do not ever even think about hot grill

I had food multiple time from this Restaurant, food is not upto expectation.
Fried biryani - Very dry
Jumbo Shawarma - not at all good mostly I don't waist food but I had to put it in waist bin and cost wise it was 12Aed
Only thing good i felt till now is tea

Very bad restaurant. No taste on foods. Customer service is very bad.Need money only for them. Serving guys(waiters)are working hard, but hotel is bad.

Never waste money at this restaurant. Suni's kitchen is the best in the area, go to there.
