Excellent service and prices - scanned the internet for the best price for a particular Bosch rotary hammer drill. Exeter tool shop offered the best price (25% below amazon and lower than anyone else) and delivered it the next day free of charge. They also responded very promptly and efficiently to emails. Top Shop - Recommended - I will return..

Despite being a small shop in an unassuming location, the staff here offer faultless customer care. In my instance the assistant ensured that I got what I needed for as little as possible, going the extra mile and lending me a part to help me remove a part from my car. Will definitely be back here in the future.

Giving 5 stars is the only available option. Abbey took my call, got to the facts. I dropped in a hedge trimmer and brand new chainsaw, which I had struggled to get the engine cover back on when I first assembled it.

Mike took the machines away and I left to do some errands. By the time I got home around 40 minutes later they had phoned to say that the kit was ready for collection.

I returned to collect the items to be advised by Mike that he had:

Run in the chainsaw and re-assembled it before hands of course.
Ensured the mix of fuel / oil in each unit was put in place.
They supplied some specific mix and chainsaw lubricant.
Plus advice to prevent the same mistake again.

How much?

£ 30.00

(I have been using both without a single hitch, all day.)

They helped carry the stuff to my car, and subsequently called me to say that I had forgotten the little tool kit that comes with the chainsaw and that it would be kept until I could collect it.

This is D.I.Y. purchasing as it so should always be, forget B and Q for tools, you get personal guidance from people who know what they are on about...and clearly actually care about what they do.
