Very bad experience here.
I am an NRI based in the US. My sister approached this branch for an NRI educational loan. Although my sister's India address is Bangalore she was told by this Sharjah branch staff to apply for a loan from Sulthan Bathery branch in Wayanad, Kerala as they said ICICI is a nationalized bank and doesn't matter where you apply. (Turns out this was false information. This branch must have some tie up with Sulthan Bathery branch for fees or commission.) So my sister drove all the way from Bangalore to Wayanad to open an account and apply for a loan.

Now she was informed that she should have opened the account in her local place of Bangalore. Really?????? She has already lost close to 3 weeks trying to get the loan. How is it fair to my sister that she has to restart her application due to the utter ineptitude and bad professionalism shown by the staff of this bank. Is this how the staff of a leading bank treat their customers.

Why did the staff here (Ms Ginsha) tell my sister to open an account in Sulthan Bathery while her local India address was Bangalore?

Does it mean that for their commission, fees and what not they will give wrong information to customers. Don't they realize that if the loan is not approved by a certain date then my niece loses her opportunity to enroll this year.

I will be looking at all avenues of filing a complaint if the loan is not approved in time and my niece loses her opportunity to enroll in Kings College, London

Thank you So much ICICI Bank,especially Ms.Akhila such a great helpful and efficient Staff /who worked on my many bank related request . Akhila guided me with all the things I needed to do on KYC and other banking services which went seamlessly. I did not even feel pressured and stressed out through every process she did for me In Dubai / Sharjah rep office . I am very grateful to the. ICICI Akhila & her team for all their support and making my bank issues and services possibly very easy during my busy working time. appreciate all your efforts / help and I’d highly recommend your service to my family members, friends and others. Great car park situated a short distance from the main train station. There's more than enough parking spaces and the prices (both short term and long term) are decent.

The downside is that the ceiling is a tad lower and in some areas there's not enough space between the ramps and the parking spaces. This makes it difficult to handle larger vehicles, such as vans and SUVs.

The location is great and price is fair, but the carpark is not well managed by the council!

There are four charging stations available at the carpark, but they are 99.99% of time occupied by a non-EV!
I have raised this issue to Guildford Council several times by phone and messaged them through their website, but have not seen ANY actions yet.

Large car park in Guildford, handy for Guildford station. However the car park is tight in places for large vehicles and there are high kerbs which can catch out the unsuspecting resulting in kerbed alloy wheels. Not cheap but rates are set by Guildford Borough Council

Spacious car park that avoids having to go around the Guildford one way system. As an aside, also architecturally attractive from the outside. Multiple small rooflines blend it very cleverly into the hillside.

Love this car park. Easy access, normally spaces, under cover and not too expensive. But the ticket machines are all designed for disabled access. I you're tall you have to get down on your hands and knees to see the card screen or get the receipt. Machines should be designed for all of us and not just those under 170cm.

Tight parking spaces and turns for going up/down a level. Wouldn't want to park here if you have a long and/or wide vehicle.

Close to Guildford town centre though and reasonable prices.
