I placed an order for delivery of a cake in Eindhoven, Netherlands. The cake was never delivered and the website refused to refund my money. I was told that the delivery was attempted once. I don’t know if this is true as the recipient was not contacted at all. Company said it is against their policy to call the recipient. I was told that a delivery will be made a second time but that never happened and after a point the customer service simply stopped responding to my emails or calls.
Horrible experience!

They refused to provide a reimbursement.
This is the worst flower delivery company I've dealt with.
They have a number of different brands. The one I dealt with was flowers4portugal, but it's all the same company.
