Poor staff. Poor service. Attitude is like if you owe them a loan. Asking for diagnostic charges before even checking wht could possibly be a problem. Dont ruin apple reputation calling yourself apple official reseller. Shall be putting complain against apple also. We know consumer rights and if someone comes for help should help them instead of rude behaviour. Never visiting them again
