Too many products on display at the same time in such a small space, that there’s no place to move around much. And during busy seasons you’re squashed against walls to let other people pass in such a narrow passage. The staff is extremely rude and doesn’t respect women. They fight and becomes defensive when you try to take something off the rack and another dress tags along because the clothes are placed on racks in such a close and terrible manner. It’s not one customer’s fault if they are unable to keep their own racks proper and clean after previous customer leaves. Making whole shopping experience extremely terrible.

Rude customer service
If u can not bring child in store.. and dress isn't fit when u back home..
Kindly ask them that could they exchange more than once..
Because they clearly say We Can't exchange more than one..
And one more thing their stuff ask did u try this dress at home?
What a awkward Question !

Bad Experience
Kindly change ur cold shoulder staff
Specially the one at counter with beard.
Otherwise rude behavior with customers can impact.
I m not planning to go there again.

They have verity for all pakistani ladies and gents kameez and kurta.
But very congested.
J. Is a brand, and we refer our friends for shopping.
We don't prefer to go J. on occasion because of very congested space.
Add more service staff because after you select colour or design, you need to wait for service staff to get some time and come and tell you if that size is available or not.

We love your verity of designs and colours.
Very big collection where you can not easily select your favourite kurta (men) or kurti (womens).price is just fine because mostly we buy only occasionally.

Hope we will see changes soon in your store.

Rude pathetic, illiterate and ill mannered staff. They dont care about customers since they are the only pakistani store there. I will never visit them or will not recommend anyone to visit them their staff had big time attitude problem badtameez ghatia bakwaas loag specially the guy on reception with beard. He thinks he is distributing clothes for free or he owns the store

As always, good clothes, however, the place is too small and the upper men section is too congested. Sometimes, it feels as if the upper section will fall due to the no of people on the second floor
