I only gave it 4 stars because they need to have something more interactive for you to do when you're there instead of just taking a walk. Maybe a video/theatre room might be nice. Maybe they can show videos of birds in action in the wild/trained situations or they can show you recorded shows on it in case you miss the 4 pm one like I did. ????

The place is well managed. The staff is friendly. The animals look like they are well cared for.
The show was great and very informative !
Quick tips :
- it took us 1h to visit the entire place (including the castle)
- there is a show at 16:00 that is worth attending if you can. It’s included in the ticket
- there is no shelter during the show
- the show lasted 55min. It was a bit too long for my toddler. Older kids seemed fine.
- I have not seen any shop or anywhere to buy water so plan accordingly !

Follow the timing to catch the show on time.Entry fee of 15 aed.But its free if you accompany a senior citizen.

The tickets cost 15.75 AED for adults which is appropriate. Unfortunately you can neither find the entrance fee nor the times for the flight presentation on the website. When we arrived at 2.30pm we saw on the sign that the flight presentation today would be at 4pm. We visited the Center and decided to come back at 4pm for the flight presentation after having a coffee close to the Center. When we informed the woman at the ticket office that we want to come back for the show at 4pm, she told us that we have to pay again for the entrance. Since I couldn’t believe it, I ask again and she confirmed that we have to pay again the entrance fee for two people. I have never experienced something like this in the whole UAE. We travelled a lot here. This behavior is very disappointing. I like to mention that we were the only guests in the whole center at that time.
We would not come back and can not recommend to visit this location.

Overall, I strongly recommend visiting the centre and enjoying one of their shows!

it is perfect for children to visit this place, They teach alot about birds and it is so much fun to watch them fly very near us
Their main is the show where vultures are brought and which flies literally next to us.
