Family and I are touring Scotland in our motorhome. We suffered a major fail. The pull down bed over the cab for the kids lost a bolt. With the help of the chap behind the counter we managed to find a new one that will work for the trip until I get back home and sort it. As it was just one bolt I dropped some money in the charity box for payment. Payed well over the odds for the bolt but the chap didn't have to do what he did so I'm a big believer in paying it forward. His helpfulness has now benefited the charity.
ScrewFix make sure you look after the staff at this branch if only the branch near to where I live 10 hours south could be as helpful ????
