The food took more than 30 mins to be ready, after waiting that time there was issues with the order like non-spicy items given as spicy and wrong drinks. The manager says they have seen a sudden increase in order and they need time (not sure how much they need) but frankly, seems they are unorganized, lost, under staffed.

Not recommended!!!!

It's not about the restaurant, it's the staff. Hello, I just ordered thru drive thru. Please do train your staff again. I ordered for ricemeal which I know is 2 chicken and asked for 1 spicy and the other 1 non spicy. I order with a lady, black. On duty 25th of January 8:40pm. She punched in the system as 2 ricemeal. Does she know how your menu works?. She even shaking her head when I corrected her. I clearly said my order and Im always ordering in kfc and I know I can choose for the both chicken. She stands corrected but she's making face.

worst KFC brunch ever, the zinger is not like kfc zinger, they always miss items although the last time i made sure to repeat my order, they managed to miss something.

The slowest service ever, been waiting in the drive thru area for the last 25 minutes for 4 sandwiches. The cashier is angry and apparently doesn't understand anything about customer service. Well done KFC another failure branch to add to your list.

It is my first time in my life to be in kfc and order kids' meals, surprised they dont have juice. They only recommend soft drink or water. This is not right and should be reconsidered that kids shouldn't drink soft drink and they have rights to drink what they want to drink.

What an absolute disaster of a KFC, over 20 minutes waiting for a order to be provided.

Just no hustle that being said food was ok.

Please stay away, they are disappointment to the KFC brand.

I was extremely hungry and this KFC was my only option.
I arrived to it at 9:30 (as mentioned at google maps), but staff said they open at 10. There’s no physical signboard with hours at the place so I’m not sure if that’s the problem with hours mentioned on Google maps or the staff is just lazy ..

The sandwich not taste good and almost empty . Multi mistake on the orders , and at last forgot one of my orders even though i paid for it. Don't like them and really don't recommend not for friends nor enemies.
