No any communication from staff. They can't explain which is spicy which is NOT ! And CHICKEN DRY AND OLD EVEN Sauce CAN'T HELP FOR DRY CHICKEN.PLEASE CONTROL ALL KITCHEN STAFF AND CASHIERS. NOT SPICY CHICKEN? WHY ? WHY ALL SPICY? IN THE WORLD NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE EATING SPICY FOOD.

Giving this branch a 5 because of one staff named Shaima. I always come there for drive through and you could always see her in a good mood and very accommodating how matter how busy they are. Keep it up!

Very unfriendly and rude staff. Wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone. Bought a 15 strips and 15 COB meal as a dine in and they gave only 6 sachets of ketchup. When I went to get ketchup the staff said 4 pieces of ketchup for 1AED. Money is not the problem but have common sense how can someone eats a bucket of 30 pieces with 6 sachets of ketchup.

I still don't understand why the staffs in counter are always angry and rude. I understand it's a tiring job, but try to educate them about the basic customer service manners!! Apart from this, the chicken is Always undercooked. Only at this branch!!

Worst KFC outlet we’ve ever gone. Bad customer service, they take their own time to attend a customer who is waiting to order. Literally took 20mins to ready our order, which was a simple and small order. Given food was very cold, we just realized it after reaching the table. When we complained they wanted us to inform about the cold food while receiving it from counter. How can a customer touch all food at the counter and check what is hot and what is cold? Such a disaster.. and the staff didn’t apologize for our complaint, and didn’t behave well towards a customer. I normally don’t put a review, however these people deserve 0 stars!!

I've had iftar 5 days ago, which means i didn't eat all day and that was the only food i had. I had severe food poisoning to the extent that my diarrhea continued for 5 days and had to take antibiotics and medications to recover from this food poisoning.

The thing is, it's actually my 4th time to get food poisoning from this Branch, and everytime i say: "maybe it's just a bad sandwich, maybe i had a bad stomach". But this food poisoning was just unbelievable to come from a "global" food chain.

It seems like KFC has gone to absolute worst here.
