Firestorm my good.. spicy food lover must try. It was damn hot. Loved it. I am confused AC wasn’t working properly or it was firestorm ????

Very bad stuff.. not friendly at all
Place is very dirty staff are not even cleaning the tables or ground
Staff mixed spicy chicken with normal chicken and told me we are crowded that's why
WORST BRANCH EVER.. VERY BAD SERVICE ????

I thought I would dine-in and it wasn’t as good experience as I thought. I think this is my last time to dine in KFC
The place isn’t clean and hygiene.
The service is not professional.
Stuff weren’t excited to serve you, you feel it’s like they just want to finish the work and go home.
No toilet and hand washing place!

Very bad employees. I made a order and Food was fully salty even we can’t put it in mouth.. and I complained on the customer care and i told I already started eating but i just wanted to inform them the chicken is not eatable because of the salt., so the manager told me they will replace the same within 1 hr, and the delivery boy came with the new food and the person was angry and he wanted to make problem and make a drama. He was very arrogant. He shouted at my door. Very poor service, i will not recommend this branch for anyone, These types of customer service staffs will ruin KFC reputation

Try to avoid this outlet even for online delivery.
Customer Alert.....make sure outlet has stock of items we order before ordering online, so basically either call KFC customer care and make sure the add ons are available... Recently ordered online got diverted to this outlet....

1. I ordered Diet pepsi but got ordinary pepsi when we inquired about the same,They said they don't have diet pepsi in stock, don't know why do they then put up option as such in their app for us to select our own beverage

2. No paper plates or proper way of packing things, even we called and inquired about the same, the guy on the other side has no clue what to do about that, he calls out to a MADAM,

3. In the app it mentioned the strips in BUCKET, even we selected the BUCKET option only, but no they decided to deliver it in rectangular boxes, might be STOCK issue what can we say

After point 2. We were really irritated by the person on the other side of the phone that we felt sorry for that guy, as he has no idea what to do on such calls from customers, and they say hes the MANAGER of that place.

Please guys if possible avoid this outlet

NB. Why don't you do anything on this outlet @KFCUAE despite after this much reviews from customers.

Staffs are not friendly, as their attitude they will not listen us but we have to.. Last night I have ordered a dinner meal, paid through kiosk to 'dine-in'.. But they have given me to 'take away'.. after my second request one staff put my parcel in a tray and ask me to take it.. then I went to the person in charge he provided me a paper plate and a spoon for coleslaw (requested to staff, not listened as usual). As a compliment they have given me two straws for drinking Pepsi instead of one ????.. Bad experience, will not visit again..

They were supporting customers to order through Kiosk

Worst drive thru ever.
Took order 2 times.
Then ordered at the cash
Still gave the wrong order!
And charged extra for!!
And then argued that this is wht i ordered.
