I tried the Steak cheesy Sandwich , the taste was nice and tasty, also quantity of steak was fine but the roll bread ???? they are using was not good at all, I think it was normal “Samoon” and cannot carry the amount of cheese and steak .. if they can use better Tybe that would be great.. thats why I gave 3/5 rating ????

Awful experience. The bus arrived 25 minutes late without any explanation. The driver threatened to throw people off the bus for asking the reason for the delay. Several people were denied entry although they had tickets due to mishandling of bus capacity. Avoid at all costs if you wish to catch your flight.

Please avoid using this company.
There are National Express buses doing the route Gatwick to Heathrow every 15min, please use those.
Megabus uses Oxford the airline buses. Our bus was at least 40min late, by that time, I got an Uber to Heathrow. Asked for a refund (it was their delay) and was denied refund and no means to speak with someone in charge. Absolutely atrocious service.

I take a tickt for Berminghum but the bus was 1 hour delay. But over all it is okay.

The stuff on my coach was so helpful. I had to go to London Victoria. Because my original coach from another company was delayed they gave me a ride and checked everything for me even though I didn't even had a ticket.
