The Orchards centre is an open-roofed shopping area. It has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The sainsbury's is great with a good selection of items. The clothing section is quite large and well priced. The 2 hour free parking is a treat. (Check your time at the meter before you go to avoid a fine).

Why is it that the first left side entrance to car park has been closed off, it’s causing chaos to filter into trying to get to other end ie Marks & Spencer’s, not wide enough to turn & have to wait for cars to exit.
Certainly needs someone with some sense to work out how to get the traffic in & out of the car park, more entrances needed, Carnage!!!!!

Some good shops, but, still plenty of empty spots. Parking is a big problem, you don't get enough time. 3 hours was a good time to get some shopping done, but, 2 hours is not enough time, before you have to pay extortionate prices. This is very off putting, and I will find other alternatives

The Orchard is an exceptionally wheelchair accessible place. The purpose built roads and lanes and wide doors on shops will mean that one or two wheelchair users or people with Mobility scooters can easily go.

Perfect for people with autism as the lanes are wide and nothing is too close together, so lots of space. The acoustics of the central space are also very autistic friendly. There are many cafes with outside seats for someone to eat.

Good selection of shops and restaurants, recommended.
After years of being put down by the surrounding little towns, Didcot is not the envy of Abingdon, wallingford and Wantage.
Mind you, pretty much anywhere beats those holes!!

Nice enough place, a fair range of shops, plenty of parking although the spaces are a little tight for anything larger than a medium size car. Parking prices are good though. The only issue really is getting there it always feels like a bit of a slog getting into the centre of didcot.

A fairly good setup but never really busy always see staff board sitting around as everyone is buying things online now
