I've been there for more than twice but i don't understand what kind of smell is there.. bad smell. Even i complaint to the staff that there is some bad smell but they denied to accept that there is any smell.
My advice, if yoy ever plan to visit khyber tours, please put 100ml perfume at yourself first.

Hi, don't waste your time & money here. we face difficulties two times. one time our guest was stuck in Dubai airport due to wrong date of birth typing in visa. 2nd more than one week waiting for tourist visa but no feedback while calling.

Very bad services, no manners how to speak with customers. Not helpful. We are suffering because of wrong name on visa issuance and they are not listing. Not recommending for customers

Don’t west your time there they all are big lair they take money from you and after that no response about refund or any status they are cheated the people they take money from me and after that once I cancel my ticket that was refundable even I checked with airline they transfer money but now they not give my ticket refund kindly please take action against them. I have all prove.The owner name Mushtaq and waqas and agent name Kashif

Worst experience with this company. They are selling tickets with high prices. And non professional management. If there will be the rate below 1 I prefer to give that one.

Ate here twice, once with the grand children when we had tea and cakes and then the following day some of us went back for breakfast.
Food was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The table was clean and a good height for my wheelchair. The toilets are close to the cafe part and the disabled one is easy to get in and out of.
The garden centre itself is bright and full of everything you could possibly need and more. I love the range of gifts and home decorations available and managed to find plenty of great things. Love the Harry Potter section!
The best bit about this garden centre is how easy it is to navigate in my wheelchair, the aisles were wide and tables spaced safely apart so I couldn’t catch any with my footrests or worry about getting stuck. There was so much available at a comfortable height for me to look at and that makes a massive difference for me.
As a disabled person it’s a lovely place to visit, it made me want to stay longer and see and buy more :) many retailers could learn from this example.

We love to stop at Pennells on our route to Leicester & return. Great food, plants & shopping but the thing I notice most is how polite & friendly the staff are. Everyone seems to enjoy working there & that's a great reflection on the way the business is managed.

Had the Afternoon Tea. Service was fine, but not impressed with quality of food. I would have liked more 'delicate' sandwiches and cakes. There was also far too much food (although boxes were provided to take any leftovers home). The veggie sausage roll was really awful! Less of a better quality would have made it feel more like a treat.

Quite a large garden center selling quality goods. Has a spacious cafe , the food looked delicious but we only had a drink. The hot chocolate let it down not milky enough. Large seating area also outdoor seating. The plants looked healthy and it has a vast planter selection and a number of different composts. Sells bags of different gravels and stones which i thought were a bit dear. There is a butchers which seemed popular in the foodhall , plus bird stuff, outdoor furniture and clothing sections. There are a few internal shops too and a selection of fancy goods. Well worth a wander round

Excellent. Everything you need for your home inside and outside also has fresh produce/meat and artisan bakes.
Good quality and very reasonable prices. Large cafe too.
Definitely worth a visit..

This is a great place to while away a couple of hours. Terrific for lunch - extensive menu, good quality food, substantial portion sizes, sensibly priced and the restaurant itself is huge. Superb at Christmas - always an impressive selection of trees and decorations.

Good garden centre, nicely laid out. Good quality plants which are obviously well cared for. Price wise is probably about the same as most others, so not many bargains, but then you don't expect that from a garden centre anyway. Restaurant very good, food delicious and not a bad price - 2 mains and 2 pots of tea for £24 so OK.

Went here with a friend of mine a little while ago to have a look around, I'd never been here before so didn't know what to expect 'apart from the obvious' being a garden centre and all, my friend had talked about Pennells and thought I'd enjoy a wonder around...Wow enjoy...I loved it!! I didn't realise that there were so many different department store's under one roof, as well as an amazing garden centre, we spent hours walking around, you see I'd just moved into a bungalow and needed some 'homely thing's' I ended up buying curtains, bedding, cushions, even treated myself to some new trainers, I tell you this place is amazing, there's just so much to see!! After a couple of hours we were bushel wacked so went and had something to eat in the restaurant which is also within the complex, again I was not disappointed the food was terrific, well what we chose from the extensive menu, but whilst looking around at other tables, there's looked just as scrummy, all in all it was a very pleasurable afternoon shopping, if you've never been to Pennells....I'd definitely recommend you go have a look.
