Khorfakkan good place for kids. Can spend more time and lot of fun. Kids will love it. Bit expensive. Help full staff

Very bad service over priced plus the charge any one stands with the kids like parents and nannies. Taking advantage of the location very non professional way of management

Doesn't deserve any star very bad management and very bad staff
The members are sleeping they don't care about any thing just standing and watching
The children were jumping on top of each other and jostling , some were crying a lot and some screaming a lot and some were pushing each other.
My son felt annoyed, worried and uncomfortable and my daughter was crying and no one from the staff cared about them, and the escorts are not allowed to enter until paying a sum of money, the staff does not care about the children inside to force you to pay and enter to take care of your children, a cunning way to get money.will never go there really realy bad

The management are not friendly and rude in the way of communicating with the people and parents
Covid pre cautions are not followed .
The Egyptian supervisor is also not supportive he is taking the issues as personal problems.
No benefit of a supervisor that can’t solve problems.

How come 10 years old not allowed to enter kids fun house and house mades are allowed
Even the receptionest is very mean and rude

Not recommended at all, the prices is different than the same prices in the branch at AlQasba.
Despite that this difference is not mentioned in their list and when the we called the owner he was not cooperated and insisted to the same price which is not even listed in their list.

And we fill safe about our kids at this place
