The best for our child, it has vary method of learning, fun and communication i wish that my child still young to keep him in it

My rating for Kids Park Nursery is five stars. I have three sons, two of whom moved on to primary school after they finished their early years at Kids Park Nursery, and the third joined the same nursery for the academic year 2022-2023. The nursery and those in charge of it pay great attention to the education and care of children, the nursery pays great attention to hygiene and the teachers are experts in how to deal with and teach children.
All thanks and appreciation to the head of the nursery and all the teachers and staff.

It is very good nursery. My son enjoyed his time there, and we have noticed a very good change in his behaviour.
Sadly, today is his last day, as he will start his new journey in KG1 next Sunday.
I wish to the management, teachers and all staff all the best.

I also had a bad experience about them. I found them very unprofessional. My child was not much independant when he was admitted. They didn`t even help him to eat the breakfast and the poor kid used to be hungry all the day daily. I asked them many times to help him but they didn`t. They just directed him to eat himself.

Furthermore, They have not any productive activities for kids, they interact with kids in only Arabic even during lessons(not recommended for those who want their kids to interact in English.

Most important, They are extremely rude. When i asked them after 4 days that i do not want to continue and on their fee voucher it was clearly mentioned like " If your child is not adjusted and his attendance is less than a week then full fee will be refunded". upon asking for the refund on 5th day, they gave me wrong justifications of their written statement. In two minutes they started fighting with me.. and not only principal, also her manager and one teacher. I Left the office silently. It was my right to get my refund but i was not able to fight with three ladies and i was about to cry there. decided to leave silently.

Why would someone want to withdraw after paying registration and monthly fee from a nursery! obviously i could see it was not right for my child. Please do not repeat the mistake that i have done.

Editing my Review after their reply: They gave every possible best justification and somehow they tried to clear themselves but my child joined on 24th and attended only 4 days. They are a big liars saying child completed one week of attendance. so pathetic. They were litterly fighting with me. I owe my money back still they didn't give me. I'm an educated lady who knows how to calculate terms and conditions and days of attendance. He only attended 4 days and not one week as per their terms.

A very distinguished nursery. My child has developed his skills, they have care and attention. They are very cooperative and have a variety of activities that suit the child's skills. Really they are professional
