Food is good everything is good. But service is super slow. You will have to wait 20 mins for one sandwich even after ordering on call.

Can't let a day go by without a cup of their tea. The juices are great most of the time. Definitely a great place for sitting in the car and relaxing over a cup of tea and the classic chips oman sandwich.

The staff in this branch is always friendly and super active. Their innovative menu items always takes you by surprise and their prices are spot on too.

I started my koukh drive since my first year in university and haven't been able to find a substitute for their atmosphere, food and drinks ever since.

The staff is always willing to go out of their way to customize any sandwich/juice you wish to have and they follow the orders well.

If you drive by the spot, I'd highly reccomend a stop over for a hot cup of karak chai or a chilled fresh juice if on a hot summer day.

Except that we have no seating space more than 4 people all is fine

My fav is kashmiri chai I. Have been having it since 2016 here

All the favorite for Habat Al hamrah. Been tried in most of the shops. But only here i tried how they make it very nice and not just heated. It is freshly made.
