Gents can't enter this mall. Staff are very very disrespectful and rude to customers specially the security guard both of them. Better to avoid visiting this center.

Price ranges depend on model not cheap though.

Parcel delivery not up to standard. Deliverer cannot work out how to press a door bell! I was in at time of supposed delivery. Card had not been pushed through letter box properly and was only seen some 3 days later.

Firstly, why don't Royal Mail ask a neighbour to take a parcel in if you're out?
My neighbours either side of me were both in, ( Saturday delivery)with their lights on in the house but no, my parcel was sent back to the office. Where is the common sense?
I missed the opening times on the next available day, due to an appointment so had to wait until the next available day.
The parcel was important as it happens and I was far from pleased.
This meant I had to wait 4 days for my parcel that I had paid the postage for and walk down to the office for 8 am to collect what should have easily been delivered.
And all because they couldn't be bothered to knock on next doors front door. In a terraced street!
Incidentally, very inconvenient opening hours for the public. Obviously not for them. They need to have their lunch!

Paid for a parcel to arrive by the latest today. No post arrived at all today. However an email did arrive saying it will come tomorrow, which will be too late. Decided to try and track it down via the Clitheroe depot so checked opening times online, which stated open 8am to 2pm. Drove to Clitheroe arrived at 12.55 pm to find nobody around, all closed up and the gate padlocked, and a sign confirming they should be open until 2pm.

Our local postman is amazing (Calderstones Park)
It was our son’s birthday and the cards and presents got caught up and delayed due to 24 of 40 staff isolating. Our local postman noticed my sons birthday cards and made sure we got them and went back to the sorting office to locate the parcels. Amazing, kind and considerate. I saw him working overtime on the Sunday and he checked we had recd the parcels. Wow!! Above and beyond service. 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered an item from amazon and was advised by the retailer that the postman has attempted the delivery but never left any notes to indicate that he/she did.

So we phoned up the office and the lady working there advised that it was in the whalley office rather than this (royal mail group office) She was unwilling to even do the inventory check in the system. We phoned the whalley office, and was told the item is not there.

We contacted the retailer again, and was advised that the item was delivered etc.

The item we have ordered wasn't cheap so we was left very very frustrated.

So we contacted the office again demanding the person that works there to do a history check of the item, and was told that the item was there and they can rescheduled the delivery.

This is very un-professional, and frustrating. Having to deal with the person that is unwilling to do work. I hope other people that are using royal mail service don't have to go through the process like we did. We waited 2 months for this item to arrive.

And their closing time is ridiculous. Having to wait till weekend /day off to collect parcel day to collect the parcel because they close way too early.

This is the local sorting office for Clitheroe, sometimes super busy when your collecting parcels but your never waiting to long. Extreamly strong on making sure you have the correct id which is brilliant. Alway a lovely friendly young lady that serves you too.

Useless. Don't know how foreign postal systems frank their letters so make you attend to pay postage. When you go back to complain and get a refund they throw their arms up in the air and claim ignorance and still keep your money, even when presented with proof.
Also, fails to realise that he website says they close at 2, so shut whenever they feel like it.

Called at 1-15 to pick up parcel closed web site says open until 2pm a person called Andy ? Shouted down to me and another man when asked why they were closed don’t know don’t care not my problem go home and come back another time.great customer service
