I went to buy a cake 3 Aug's evening but my mood change i want buy a 8.50 Aed cake slices, so the moment i told this counter sales girl that how much is these pastries she replied very rudely, like she already assume that i can't afford cake WOW BRAVO. Than i told her give 3 pcs of different flavours, than asked her pls change the 2nd pastry with Red Velvet so she became aggressive and rude SO YOU DON'T WANT THIS ONE. i replied YES than the moment of true customer service arrived when she almost throw my pastry box on cash counter by saying TATLO ATE it means 3 PCS Sister in tagalog.
Than i wrote a review here and got a call from a good guy who oppologize and said i will tell manager to call you. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MANAGER HE IS ACCUSSING ME THAT I ASKED SALES LADY TO CUT THE SLICES OF THE SLICE OF CAKE, THATS why SHE BEHAVE LIKE THIS. THAN MY WIFE TOLD HIM THAT WE DID NOT ASK HER TO CUT ANYTHING. Just for your common sense Mr. Supervisor of Lareen sweets IF I AM BUYING CAKE SLICE WHY I WILL ASK YOUR STAFF TO CUT THE SLICE OF A SLICE here you need to work on you lieing skills. And when i told him i never ask your sales girl to cut anything, and than he said its was a misunderstanding but he never oppologize. And told me you are lieing. It was a mistake to revisit the store where they don't know how to behave.
Manner less Supervisor and rude sales girl what a combination.
Supervisor check the attached picture why i will ask her to cut this, when it already in slices.

they make a rich cream and satisfactory amount of fruits with nice sponge... price is fair ....
I have bought and arranged the flowers myself..
