WE ORDERED SOMETHING DIFFERENT BUT RECEIVED SOMETHING VERY VERY DIFFERENT.. DIFFERENT COLOUR, DIFFERENT DESIGN..
We ordered a cake with my friend for her birthday and specifically chose a bright red coloured cake design that was on display.
The sales lady that time asked us if we wanted to put a photo on the cake which we agreed to. We confirmed with her we need same colour (Red) and placed the order. When my friend went to pick the cake on the day, she was given something different but she just paid and left.
The following day we went back to inquire myself why they did this and the sales lady was insisting that she had told us that because we needed to put a photo, that the design would change WHICH SHE NEVER DID BECAUSE IF SHE HAD EXPLAINED TO US THIS, WE WOULD HAVE PROBABLY CHOSE A DIFFERENT DESIGN OR LEAVE THE PHOTO ALTOGETHER...
THE ARABIC STAFF THERE ASKED US WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO SINCE THE CAKE CAKE WAS ALREADY TAKEN and of course there was nothing that could be done... YES.. NOTHING COULD BE DONE BUT EVEN THE DUMBEST OF A PERSON SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE ONLY THING TO DO WAS TO APOLOGISE... None of them was apologetic. No apology, no sign of customer concern.. Like it's none of their business.. Maybe they are just employees who don't know anything about customer service..
We might have just ordered just one piece of 73 dirhams and it really does not matter to them coz maybe they have "bigger" clients but what I know, businesses get revenues from one by one clients even if big orders or small orders.. And by the way I'm not the first one commenting on their poor customer service... Maybe we should have read these reviews before making a decision to order with them.

They also do amazing birthday cakes which everyone one of my friends enjoy whenever we invite them for a party
